With the completion of the additions to the cottage in Sebbes Rd, I would like to thank you for your management of the project and the successful outcome. The project ran over our original budget estimates, despite our best efforts to reduce costs and your reduction in fees, for which I am grateful. But I believe the cottage extension is a fine building which will be enjoyed by all for many years to come.
I would also like to thank Aaron and Dave for their excellent work and flexibility as the building progressed. It was a pleasure to interact with them as we modified the design details, and to use their ideas for the final construction.

Redgate Building recently completed an extensive renovation and expansion on our house at Lot 27, Glenelie Road, Margaret River.
During the past twenty five years, Teresa and I have been involved in the building of four homes, using different builders each time. Mark had to deal with an old building in a poor state of repair. With this in mind, we were expecting a series of problems and unbudgeted costs as the work got underway.
